Really pleased with item. This is my second one I have bought. My first one I bought over 4 years ago. Yes it is expensive but extremely good quality. We use ours every day for our distilled water and it looks very elegant sitting in our kitchen. Everyone comments on how lovely it looks.

This is beautifully made and well designed. the spigot even has a tiny filter if you want to attach and use it you can. The wooden stand is sturdy and well made and the small platci feet makes sure it doea not move. all in all avery good product

Poor consistency when getting a drink, more so dribbles out rather than a smooth flow. Great quality however without anything being clogged by mint leaves or lime slices, the drink/water flow is terrible. Please fix the issue.

The flow is not great when vacuumed, so it needs to be undone. The internal filter slows down the flow rate to a trickle with the smallest fruit debris, I had to remove it eventually.

Looks great, solid build and very heavy when full.

I bought this to use in my laundry. I filled with liquid, laundry detergent. Its easier to dispense the liquid without having to lift the heavy 5-Litre bottle. No spills or drips as the measuring cap fits neatly under the "tap", allowing me to place the cap on a solid surface whilst filling. Easy to refill and clean. Looks good too! See picture.

Overall it looks and feels fine but unfortunately the stand is damaged. It doesn’t seem to me that the price is justified if it arrives this broken. Manufactured very cheaply clearly and sold at huge markup.

Sturdy and beautiful! Over size and perfect for hosting and special events! Have used them multiple times for events and they are a hit!!!!

I very happy with this purchase. It's sturdy glass vessel with a steel, easy to put togeter, valve and a sealing lid with a pressure release valve. The stand and dispenser looks great on my counter. I use it solely for water that I filter from my Larq and pour into it.

The tap is easy to install with the supplied instructions. It has been given a prominent spot on our kitchen island due to its attractive design.
