I gave it 4 stars because it's overpriced and probably prevents many people who need it from buying it. I'm now paying more than double of what I used to. My urologist recommended these for kidney stones. It's been a few years now and I haven't had any problems. I used to get them all the time. I highly recommend it, if you can afford it.
