Does this work on staff infections?

Not sure about Staph you could try it. It works for folliculitis.

Is this safe to use on a child. 2 years old

It's all natural so I don't see why not. But a 2 year old has folliculitis?

Does this stop your hair from falling out?

I think it helps, some. Often times hair loss is due to a fungal infection.
