How long is the shelf life?

I keep mine in the refrigerator and I keep it sealed. I've used it past the 3-4 months but I admit, I use it in baked items and sauces and haven't had any issues or noticed any change in taste or smell. I don't do smoothies and perhaps the flavor is stronger there.
