Exactly as expected. Can't go wrong with any HE'S products. If you know what you need. Keep in mind 9400 and 9600 are different thickness

This product failed within 363 days.! No Kidding!
I tried to contact Haddington Hardware, good luck!! I then contacted ASSA ABLOY who makes it. I got them to document that the item failed within a year. " has received your email and assigned the request to the customer support team with case number" Even though this product is rated for 1 million cycles and continuous duty cycle with 5 year warranty. They said that if I bought from Amazon, the would NOT honor it. After about 2 hours on the phone i finally got them to agree and give me a case number, which should mean a distributor would honor it.....NOPE! Called again after I took down part and emailed them a photo of the worn off serial number. Had to call back 2 times to get a ASSA ABLOY rep that would look at the case number I got from ASSA ABLOY ... just to have the rep hear I got it from Amazon... and then he said NOPE! No idea on how to physically contact Haddington Hardware.. we average only about 14 door systems a year. THIS WAS NOT AN INSTALL MISTAKE! This is the first strike to fail. No Idea how to swallow a $300 issue. Thanks Joe! Please honor the warranty or this 1 star to Haddington Hardware is staying there!

This strike was extremely easy to install. It holds up well to the coastal Florida weather

Great lock and easy to install
It’s a really great solid lock I just wish that the documentation was clearer as far as the exact amperage and voltage that is needed to operate it. I love that it was very easy to install and fit in the same holes as an existing ASSA ABLOY lock that I had to replace.

Can't find compatible RIM Exit Deivice
I can't seem to find an exit device with 1/2" throw. Very annoying. All I'm finding have 3/4" throw.

cheep chineese steel
POS The screws that hold the top cover on literally broke off while i was trying to screw them on. WTF is this cheap chineese steel or something anyway build quality of these have gone to hell in a hand basket.
