Can someone tell me how to close this? I can't seem to figure out where the stairs need to be for it to close completely!

You have to take the yellow stairs off, and then it will close completely as long as there aren't pieces of furniture in the way. We're able to close it with all the furniture inside after we take off the stairs. We just have to kind of move the furniture around as we close the house.

I see only the "base" version is now available. what is the difference between the "base" and the "bundle" versions?

Maybe the bundle comes when they more characters. I purchased the family when I bought it and I think the house only came with Peppa, George and Susie.

is the base just the house or does it come with the furniture and two characters?

it comes with everything seen on the pic. characters, beds and all. my daughter is loving it. :)

Can you tell me wy you will have this available again?

Not sure if we are getting again waiting to see if we can get before holiday deadline to ship were trying we do have campers left
