So much for your money!
As many have said, this little stepper is fantastic! It is sturdy, it is well done and IT HAS A FANTASTIC app to go with it! Ir connects via Bluetooth so it records all your workouts. What's more, the app has a free workout mode, training classes and travel the world. I took a 10 minute whole body intro class and it was fantastic! I broke a sweat big time and it was very well done. It is sturdy yet lightweight enough, it doesn't take much room, it's fully assembled when you get it out of the package. The little monitor on it works very well but I prefer to see my progress in the app. I feel so excited about working out on this little thing and I am certain it'll help me achieve my goals as a mom of 7 kiddos! Great job Sunny Health! PS- the app wasn't counting my steps and I couldn't figure out because the stepper was connected. It was because the lever was too loose, so it wasn't making a full step. Once I adjusted that it worked just fine again.

Excellent little stepper for the price point
This stepper is exactly what I wanted--a small machine with simple mechanics at a value price. It fits under my bed for easy storage and weighs about 15 pounds, so it's easy to move around. It has a simple counter that keeps track of your steps (and has a few other modes, like calories, etc. but nothing too in depth). It came preassembled, and the only assembly you have to do is make sure the pulley line is on the wheel underneath the machine, then tighten the tension knob to the desired resistance (which is easy to adjust anytime you want to change it) and attaching the arm resistance bands to the frame. In reference to some common questions/complaints I've seen, here is an FYI about the this machine. 1. It is a STEPPER, not an elliptical--meaning you step up and down, not glide back and forth. 2. It does require you to maintain your own balance while using it (unlike an elliptical). It is actually better for your muscle tone and core muscles to keep your own balance while exercising. However, if you have a medical issue that impairs your balance, this might not be a good machine for you. 3. You MUST use it standing up. Because you put your full weight on the pedals to pump them up and down, this machine would not work for someone sitting at a desk or in a chair. 4. The arm resistance bands are optional and do not effect the function of the stepper pedals. They are mounted to the frame of the machine and the length is adjustable. They are simple rubber type stretchy resistance bands, similar to bungee cords. 5. The step counter has been accurate for me, but I consider the other modes (calories, etc.) to be estimates. If you need more in depth exercise tracking, I would suggest a personal device (Fitbit, etc.) or looking for another machine at a higher price point to include the bells and whistles. 6. There is no way to adjust the incline of the pedals, or increase the step height (how far up and down the pedals go) beyond the 8" or so in the machines range of motion. Again, if this is important, you should probably look at a higher price point. Personally I find the incline and step height works well for me. 7. The machine seems durable to me, and I use it about 5x a week, for 20-30 minutes. If you work out much more than that, you may want to invest in a more expensive, bigger machine. 8. The weight limit for the machine is 220 lb, per the instruction manual. 9. The instruction manual is well written and clear instructions are given for assembly and maintenance. Instructions are given for parts to oil if the machine begins to squeak. 10. The machine is very quiet. You do hear air pushing from the cylinders as you step up and down, but it's not loud. I use the machine while my baby naps with no problem. 11. The pedals are 11 1/4" long from inside the toe guard to the edge of the pedal. I wear women's size 9 and have plenty of room. 12. Despite its simple design, this machine does give you quite a work out (similar to climbing stairs). It's definitely cardiovascular exercise, and you definitely feel it in your calves, thighs and gluts. Maintaining balance also gives my core muscles a work out, and you can use the arm bands too if you want. Like any exercise, it depends on the amount of effort you put in. I would highly recommend this stepper for anyone like myself, who wants an affordable machine with a small footprint to get some easy exercise at home. I'm a 30-something mother with small children, so going to the gym isn't convenient for me. I'm not a fitness guru, my goals are to get more cardio and shed a few pounds. For around $50, you can't beat the price for the amount of exercise you can get from this little stepper.

Good machine, manage your expectations
I like this machine, I also think you just need to manage your expectations. It's less than $50, so don't expect it to work like a gym machine that would cost thousands. I was debating between a treadmill but I got this machine. I like that I don't need to plug it in and I like it small enough to tuck away. It's a good way to get steps in. I was surprised I got a little sweat from using it. I don't use the app or the straps or anything. It takes me a moment to balance, but once I get into a groove, iam good.

Great little stepper
I've had this a few days and I really like it. I'm terribly out of shape so I can't use it for very long at a time yet. I keep it behind my desk chair and take breaks and hop on for a few minutes at a time. Its pretty easy to set up and use and is surprisingly stable. Its very quite and smooth. I'll update this post if anything changes, but I'm happy with this little machine. Definitely worth the money so far.

Great Exercise
Being overweight with high blood pressure and feeling very lethargic lately, I finally decided to dust off the stepper I had sitting around for some years. As I used it I was thinking this is really good, I can get into this and start using it daily. I think I may have used it for about 45 minutes straight and it just cracked, it was finished (it was a different stepper than this one being reviewed). Turns out these type of steppers are advised to use no more than 15 minutes straight because they can overheat and break. Though some reviews report using regular for 1 hour straight without issue. It probably didnt help that I’m near the weight limit at 220 and I was using it outside on the grass and on a bit of an incline. So I had to trash that stepper and get a new one. I found this stepper with a decent price and plenty good reviews. And it came with the pullies for upper body exercise too, which the other didnt have. I almost ordered one without the pullies and didnt realize until I got this one how much better it is with pullies. With these pullies I really get a good full body exercise and work up a sweat and heavy breath. And if you put more tension on the steps its really some work. I had to lower the tension to be able to go 15 minutes. I thought maybe the 15 minute restriction would be no good but its working out just fine. I do 15 minutes 2 or 3 times a day. Its only been a week so I cant talk about weight loss and muscle tone yet but I an feeling if I keep this up I’ll finally be able to get in shape. Finding the right exercise that you can keep a routine is critical. This is one of the very low impact exercises, and which is pretty much a full body workout. I was using a small trampoline before which is also supposed to be a great low impact full body workout but that broke, and in comparison I feel this stepper is more effective, especially for upper body. Often exercise machines end up being hunks of junk that take up alot of space. But this type of stepper takes very little space and is very easy to move around and change up your spot. So I would say that this purchase is very good and so glad I got it. So stop being a couch potato, order this and start getting in shape.

Fine stepper but bad digital monitor.
Stepper itself worked fine but the digital monitor didn't! Replaced battery and still no proper function. It shows a display but it doesn't do anything.

Glad I got it. Better leg workout than the gym treadmill
Best purchase ever, and that's saying a lot because I have a shopping addiction lol 😆. In all honesty though, I didn't think this was capable of giving me the hard workout I was wanting, but I bought it anyway, to try it out. There is tension in the steppers which really gives your legs a workout, and gets me out of breath quickly. I have to do it in 5 minute intervals, because it really takes my breath away and gives me a really good workout. It's small, which is perfect because I don't have a lot of room in my cottage. I put it under my bed when I'm not using it. I do find it hard to use without gripping onto a wall or something because it's fairly unstable to use on its own, which isn't a big deal for me, I just hold onto the wall while I'm using the stepper. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great machine and excellent customer service
This is a sturdy and well-made little machine. I like everything about it. I had some issues with a missing washer when I got the machine, because Amazon had carelessly thrown the machine into a box. I called the customer service number on the manual and was amazed at the good quality of the customer service. A rep answered the phone promptly, spoke perfect English, and was very helpful. He explained I could use the machine without the washer and ordered a replacement part for me. I'm astonished that any company still exists that produces a solid, sturdy, functional, affordable little machine like this one and with good customer service to boot. This is how things used to be in the 1960s! I'm happy with this little machine. It's compact, easy to store, well-made, and a pleasure to use. Very simple, very functional. The display that shows steps, time, and calories is clear and easy to read. Definitely a nice workout "snack".

Très bon produit
Très robuste et simple d'utilisation. Dommage que les bandes de résistance soient un peu trop courtes. Le temps dira le reste.
