What thickness is this?

the "thickness" is 0.7mm (ie less than a mm!),"width" at widest point 12mm & "holes" 5mm diameter hope that helps ,as I said in my review very useful & easily "bent" I used strong scissors to cut !

The space between the holes is12mm - 13mm. Additionally the spacing between the centre of hole to centre of next hole is 20mm
