Solaron King Peacock Korean Mink Blanket - Red Border

Previously I'd bought a cheaper, nonbranded faux mink blanket and it fell apart within a month. I decided I may as well buy from a trusted brand and get something that would last, and four years later it still looks brand new. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the material, the weight (heavy enough but not TOO heavy) and the gorgeous design. It's definitely too warm for Florida summers but absolutely perfect during the cooler months. I ordered a King and it is HUGE--I'm able to wrap myself in it three times over and sleep in a blanket burrito. The one downside is that it can't fit in my standard size washing machine so I do have to dry-clean it when it needs laundering. In the future when I buy more of these blankets I will definitely go with the Solaron brand.

Exactly what I wanted in a blanket! I have a decade old solaron and wanted to add another real quality piece to the bunch. One side is super soft fluffy and the other a tad less vibrant and matte. This one is much larger than my previous but it still goes through the wash cycle just fine(multiple times now without any flaws) This is not a breathable blanket however it does hold a weight so if you want a heavier comfort blanket this is your new baby. The price is worth it and the peacock design is weird wonderful and different than the average

This blanket is super soft and thick. The picture doesn't do it justice. This particular pattern's colors are bright and vibrant. It feels very luxurious. I had been concerned about this blanket feeling "cheap" or flimsy since I had never purchased any Solaron brand blankets but it is fantastic. I live in Alaska and it is the only blanket I use anymore. Very high quality, beautiful and warm. I would definitely buy more of these for my own home or as a gift. Best Amazon purchase I've made in a long time. I'm actually under this blanket now. I love my peacock blanket.

Ive wanted one of these blankets for years, and finally broke down and bought one. Its amazing. So soft, and warm. The colors are vibrant, and I'm excited to jump into bed every night. The only 'con' to know about is that it barely hangs over the side of the bed. I keep another blanket under it that hangs over for looks. Still love it!

Very warm and heavy good quality.

I love this blanket. I was wary of spending the money on it but it has definitely exceeded my expectations. It’s super soft, gorgeous, and looks great in my room. It is heavy and high quality, it’s so thick and beautiful that it’s hard to put it in the washer (but it will fit so don’t worry).

barely covers my queen size with about 6 inches of over hang on each side. name brand in corner, can not remove. otherwise soft heavy and warm

I was looking for something similar to a mink blanket my father bought back in 1990 in Korea I had previously purchased a JML blanket and found that it was too light. So I figured I’d try again with the Solaron Blanket, the blanket is polyester for those that are wondering but it has a good weight to it It’s soft and overall I’m pretty happy with it even has the fuzzy texture on one side like my dad’s blanket h it’s soft and overall I’m pretty happy with it even has the fuzzy texture on one side like my dad’s blanket had. If you’re looking for a kind of heavy blanket I would definitely choose this one
