Does this have off road tires ?

While these wheels don't have pneumatic tires, the large diameter and fairly wide wheels, along with the handle placements give it great off-road performance. This wagon handles excellently on unpaved, hilly terrain, and gravel.

Can this wagon tolerate cleaning with chemicals to sanitize for Covid-19 purposes?

Depends on the cleaner. You could spray Lysol and I use an all natural COVID cleaner (Soluguard) by Melaleuca. You don’t want anything that’s going to discolor or stay the fabric.

How is this in the snow? How is it for use in the winter?

Hi Natasha, our wagons are not intended for use in cold climates. We recommend that you store your wagon in a protected area away from humidity, rain, and snow. If the product gets wet, make sure to dry thoroughly. For winter storage, coat the metal parts with liquid car wax to prevent moisture from damaging the parts.

Can an adult sit on the zipped down bench portion? (160lbs)

Check with the manufacturer. But it is a child’s wagon and wouldn’t recommend adult use.
