Can I use this swim diaper for swimming lessons or poolside activities?

Yes—many parents use it for lessons and pool days; it’s designed to hold solids, not absorb urine.

Have other parents found the leg openings secure enough to prevent leaks?

Yes—when snapped snugly, parents report good containment; if it feels loose at the legs, tighten snaps or size up for thicker thighs.

Are they value for money?

Yes—reviews highlight savings vs disposables, especially if you swim frequently; having multiple helps with drying time between uses.

Does this require special cleaning methods or can I just throw it in the wash?

No special method—machine wash is fine; rinse after chlorine/salt and air-dry or low heat to help the waterproof layer last longer.

Does it have a waterproof layer?

Yes—made with a waterproof PUL outer layer to help contain messes during water play.
