Is it a cleaner and lubricant? is it ok to use in my glock 19 barrel for cleaning residue?

I have been using CLP since 1988 when I entered the Marine Corps. I have used CLP on M60 machine guns and 50 caliber machine guns and M16s; I didn't use it much on the mark 19 belt fed grenade launcher. I use it on my 13 handguns and I use it to clean and lubricate (let me write again, clean and lubricate) the piston and cylinder and breech bolt assembly group of my 12 gauge shotgun. I once lost a girlfriend because I  only bought her three cans of CLP for her birthday. The stuff is great; Clean away and lubricate away my friends.

Any difference between this and the 12oz non-safariland labeled product that's also listed under search for "clp aerosol"?

Can CLP be used to remove rust from my car?

You can do what you want but I have used this product for many years when I take a fire-arm apart to clean.  I would not use the solvent on a car's finish.  You could use it to loosen bolts and nut possibly but it might damage the finish
