This is absolutely perfect!! I’m one person living in a studio and I tend to drink a lot of water. I got tired of buying cases of water and then having half empty bottles of water laying around. So I figured I have this massive fridge I don’t store much in anyways. So I removed the bottom fresh vegetable shelves, bought a five gallon jug of water ($3.50 for the water with $5.00 deposit) and bam. Now not only am I saving space but being more conservative by getting rid of plastic bottles. Gotta save those ice bergs. The pump works great. Extremely simple to use. I pumped warm water for a few mins to flush out any debris from shipping. Works like a charm. I was looking at spending $100-$200 on a watercooler or signing up for water service $3.99 rental plus water delivery which would have been $30.00 a month and let’s not forget the adding electric cost to running a water-cooler. It just paid for itself. Best deal out there.

Pros: I purchased this pump due to a mishap with a similar product and I was pleasantly surprised. This pump is fast and gets the job done! I charged it fully prior to the first use and it’s still going strong. That was two weeks ago and we go through a 5 gallon jug weekly. My kid loves to fill up my water bottle because the water comes out quickly. You will not wait long for this one, and it’s built like a drinking faucet at the library or school.Cons: No night light for the faucet tip, so you must turn the big lights on or risk getting wet. Also, it’s a little noisy to be so small, but it’s okay because it only takes a moment.Overall: A great product! I purchased another one as a spare.

Very disappointed. Don't buy it. Bad quality. Bought it new but not working.

Noisy but does the job

I purchased this to use at work in our kitchen. Due to Covid-19, we have had a lot of issues getting the 1 or 2 gallon bottles of water I usually order so I ordered some 5 gallon bottles that are a bit bulky to try and pick up to fill the Keurig. We tried to use a pitcher but it was still hard to fill the pitcher without spilling the water. I saw they made these and figured I’d give it a go. If it didn’t work, I wouldn’t be out a fortune. Shipped very quickly and even arrived a day earlier than stated. I charged it at home for several hours and took it to work the next day. It was very easy to set up and within a few minutes, I was dispensing water. We were originally using it to fill the pitcher and then the Keurig but I realized I could just put the bottle on the counter next to the Keurig and fill it directly. Everyone at my office loves it!Can’t speak to battery life yet but it’s been a week and we are nearing the end of the first bottle and it’s still going strong. Definitely would recommend this.

Worked great at first and then stopped charging and working after three months...had to replace with a manual pump.

the lid should be more tightened to the mouth of the gallon so do not drop so easy or fall

Only downside is it does drip, not consistently, just for a little bit after use. Battery last a long time, about 2 weeks depending on usage, you don't have to take it apart to plug it in, just the jug would need to be near an outlet. It is a bit loud but overall good product.
