But was searching around and found this book and decided to give it a try. I have ordered couple of this book as Thanksgiving is here and I wanted to gif it to my friends. Already tried it with my kids and it turned to a great play game. They loved illustrations and I loved instructions. This book has two sides. Left side is for kids with story and facts about animals and world. Right side is for parents with instruction and description why pose is beneficial. Here is an example for Sukhasana pose:"This pose helps to calm the mind, improve flexibility of ankles, knees and hips and to strengthen the back. Sukhasana is the perfect pose for beginning any class because it encourages concentration and focus, priming the mind for both play and learning."Now we will practice and play yoga every other day and probably thinking to go to yoga classes. Wish me luck! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun with kids *by M***M on November 1, 2018* We had lots of fun with my kids 6 and 9 y.o. reading the book. It was perfect for 6 y.o. but works probably starting with 4. For younger kids there many interesting facts about animals. It was also ok for 9 years old, though he already knew all the animal facts so it was more about playing animals and yoga itself than about reading the story. The book shows one page for children with lovely illustration and a corresponding page for adult reading - description of the yoga pose. The kid's text is about a froggi travelling around the globe, seeing different animals and trying to imitate them. This way the yogi positions becomes more a game than exercise. After reading it couple times, it was enough to say "whale", "snake", "albatros" and they new what position it it. My kids added some sounds and movements and kept playing with it. The paper and print is excellent quality. I received this book as a promotion gift and recommend it very much. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A perfect book for beginning yogies. *by D***N on October 30, 2018* I’m always on the lookout for new yoga books and materials to share with my daughter. Frogyogi is a picture book put out by Uliana Klepinina, aimed at 4 to 8 year-old yogis. Like many kids' yoga books, there is a parallel between story arc and yoga pose sequence so young yogis can read (or listen) and practice poses throughout. All illustrations are clear and bright, popping with primary colors. I can definitely see kids reading and doing yoga on their own through this book. Fun, accessible, and colorful—it's a great way for little ones to discover yoga. My daughter really enjoyed this book and we try to practice it as often as we can! We both highly recommend it! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/120711658-yoga-for-kids-frogyogi-yoga-stories-for-kids-and-parents](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/120711658-yoga-for-kids-frogyogi-yoga-stories-for-kids-and-parents) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
