is it 11 ounces in total for all the bags? What is the shelf life? Should I refrigerate them?

It's 11 oz. total, each bag is 2-3 oz. individually. No need to refrigerate, as it's just crushed and dried pellets/oats/fruit. There's no listed shelf life, but they last a really long time. The bags have a ziplock type top inside the paper, so they close up- we've had opened bags still be perfectly fine after a few months.

So is this made from ground timothy hay or ground timothy hay pellets? I won't feed my rabbits soy products.

Ground Timothy hay pellets, but SPS pellets are great and wholesome fresh! My rabbits love these treats, but much too expensive for so little. They need to lower the price or add more. My bunnies least favorite are the carrot pineapples but they’ll take ‘me when it’s all that’s left

Are these made in China?

I really don’t believe so. If you look at their website-you can Google it-they are from a family farm in Virginia. My grandbunnies loved these treats!
