I have long legs and I'm very particular about the length of my jeans. I'm about 5'8" and 150 lbs. I usually wear a 29-31 waist on my jeans, which according to the size chart I should have ordered a size 8. After reading some reviews, I thought they might run small so I ordered a 12 just to make sure they would fit properly. They are amazing. The 12 is just slightly big around the waist due to the stretch of the jeans, but they feel very comfortable. They are long and I love the look of them. Due to my thighs being more muscle/large, my previous jeans seem to wear down on the inside thigh. Unfortunately I can't tell you how well they hold up since I only just received them. For that reason, I give 5 stars for the look and feel of the jeans. Only one complaint so far would be that some of the button holes seem a bit small for the buttons so I may have to widen them a bit. Since they are advertised as high waisted, this made sense. However, the rise is very short and the waist actually hits at about the high hip (about where the hip bones are). This was a fashionable waist placement in the late 90s and early 2000s. It was easy to account for this waist placement then.
