I cannot get a flu shot due to having had Guillain Barre when I was 11 years old, so unfortunately I have to wear a mask; but when in Rome, why not make it fun!! I love this mask! I have an immune disorder, and masks help keep me protected in doctor's offices and when pollution on the highway is bad. I know it isn't medical grade, but it still helps. Out of all the masks I bought from Amazon, this is the ONLY one that fit my face!!! Not only does it fit, but it hugs my face perfectly, and helps seal out all the troublesome stuff!The first time I wore this, the pollution was so bad I could see it, and I had to spend twice as much time on the highway that particular day. I did end up feeling sick despite wearing the mask. But it definitely helped, and I know without it, I would have been feeling even more sick, much more quickly. Most recently, I wore it when I picked my mom up at a doctor's office. The air in the building had made me sick when I dropped her off, but when I picked her up with the mask, I felt fine!
