Nice-looking outdoor shades. The quality is fair, with a good thickness, but I don't think I would purchase again because just the slightest bump and it can leave a dent in the blind. Since they're outdoor shades that can happen very easily.

For context: We get indirect sunlight (windows face directly south) and it's covered by shrubs, which helps. It doesn't snow here (southern California) also. I chose this for the material as I wasn't a fan of reed or bamboo. I really can't imagine this holding up in extreme weather or even sustained moderate heat (like 85F), but if you live in similar conditions as ours where it's 60~95F & in slight shade, it should be okay for a few years. We've had tarp disintegrate here put up in the same area so I'm honestly not putting much stock in anything synthetic. But for now it does the job and most importantly helps maintain privacy/reduce the awkwardness when our neighbors pass by hahah. Installation was a breeze also! I didn't even need to use the hardware because I had long screws already up and sticking out (but it'd help for windy/rainy days I'm sure).

We like to sit on our small front porch but for a short time in the evening, the sun can be brutal. We wanted a shade that was just the right size to block a specific area. We didn't need anything big and long. This shade was perfect. So easy to install and we were able to customize the size by using the clips that come with it. It was not doing the best job to block the sun when it was one layer so we doubled it by folding it in half and clipping the bottom to the top. It did the trick perfectly. We didn't need to anchor it and it does move in the wind but it's heavy enough that it doesn't flap. We'll be able to remove it for the winter. Hopefully, it will hold up. It is not rugged but it's in a place where it won't be touched so it should be ok. Very, very happy. I wish we did it sooner!

I’ve been looking for a shade to block morning sun for an inflatable hot tub I have on my covered porch. I had high hopes but I don’t think these blinds are going do the trick. These are the issues I have: 1. These blinds are very lightweight and blow in even the slightest wind. If I keep them I’ll need to roll it up and secure it to the post on the side. 2. The color is tan or a khaki color plastic and definitely not “wood grain” color except for the small 1 “ wide plastic trim at the bottom which isn’t visible if you roll it up. 3. I’m not sure I trust the plastic clips provided to secure the shade when rolled up. They don’t seem like they’ll last long term especially when exposed to excess heat of south Texas summers as well as the winds, sleet and rain when it gets cold. I’m still debating if I’ll keep them. I might try to change the clips and find something to secure them to the post to make them last for now. I still have a couple of weeks to return them if that doesn’t work.

I can’t even give any stars on this product. Between the plastic piece that hold up the shade constantly falling off the plastic piece. We walk outside and the whole shade has fallen off the plastic piece at the top. Not one but at least 10 times on both shades we have. Right now the both are laying on our patio as they have fallen off. Please do not buy this product. I have had several over the years and this product is not worthy of your money. Of course it is way too late to return. And I spent over $100. 00 on two of them. I am so angry right now. Tired of getting ripped off.

Good product. Ive bought like 5-6 of these in last 7 yrs but from another company. For 1/2 the price but there always out of stock of course. So I tried this one from Amazon seemed to be the same product and it is I paid more but I’m glad I ordered it-it’s still a great price for a patio blind. It came tonight jan 27,2024 I just put it up in 2 minutes it’s so lightweight and quick to put up. But keep in mind I don’t attach it like you can I just hang mine on 3- long nails that are already on boarder of my wood patio one nail is in middle and 2 on each end and whallah’ you got privacy in 2 seconds lol and of course in day time it blocks about 90% of the uv rays and sunlight. It gives me just enough sunlight to enjoy my patio or garden without the sun beating down on my face. And my new neighbors that I don’t know very well at all put up security cameras that I know capture this side of my house & patio when I go out there and I’m not comfortable with that at all. I mean I’m a mom & grandma I’m old not doing anything wrong but I love my own space and privacy. Everyone deserves and has rights to privacy. So if your debating on this shade I gave you my honest option. They are made of vinyl not bamboo or wood but they still look nice and presentable for company comes and I’m very happy with it.I will order 3 more for the length to cover my whole area soon.

Nice shade against the sun. I wanted it more for privacy but you can see through it. It is very plasticy, and had a strong smell in the beginning. The measurements were also bit off. Overall it does an okay job. I can imagine after a while of direct sunlight it's going to be brittle. But it will atleast be waterproof.

I had previously reviewed this and rated it high; however, now, in less than 3 weeks, the string holding the slats together has already come loose. I had purchased one a few weeks prior and it is still fine, but I am not at all pleased with this second one..

I received the product in good shape BUT there was NO Adjustable Fastener so I cannot roll it up and keep it rolled. PLEASE SEND ME THE MISSING PART (ADJUSTABLE FASTENER) AS IT SHOWS IN THEN AD PICTURE
