Does it make any sound when one side of the tape is finished?

I never test this before but think it should have a sound when the tape finished Thanks for asking

Is this good for recording nuisance neighbors making noise upstairs for landlord ?

Of course! It's a tape recorder!

I bought this player but only works with aa batteries. the tape is playing slowly/not moving at all with ac adapter. what's the problem?

Hi Ephraim, You need to connect the AC power adaptor DC IN 3V and to a wall outlet. Use the AC-30HG AC power adaptor (not supplied). Thanks. ~Earl
