Fantastic product...for some people.
I would imagine that this product is not for everyone. If you're the sort of person to intentionally dilute your whisky by about 20% to tease out the more subtle flavors, or if you insist on your gin martini being stirred gently rather than shaken, then you may well enjoy Seedlip. (Note that while I'm using alcohol to make a point, these in no way replicate the taste or mouthfeel of alcohol. If that is your hope, prepare to be disappointed.) On the other hand, if you think the best way to drink something is ice cold and full strength, then you will probably be disappointed. The taste is there, and it is strong and to my mind pleasant, but I can easily imagine some of my friends who proudly drink high proof scotch that tastes like a firepit straight from the bottle as being underwhelmed, both due to their palate sensitivity being dialed way down, and due to their expectations. My father said he could barely taste anything...but he over salts literally everything, and seems to be able to taste only the most aggressive of seasonings. My wife found the botanicals a little overwhelming, but she has a much more sensitive palate than myself. (She did enjoy them diluted in a proper cocktail.) I have enjoyed each of them so much that I ordered another set of bottles directly from Seedlip without even finishing my first set. So, if you have a reasonably sensitive palate, you enjoy taste profiles that include heavy herbal and bitter notes, and you tend to savor a complex drink, then I'd say give it a try. They have improved literally every drink I've mixed them into.

Who Knew
I have always thought Alcohol Free Spitits were a nice idea...just not for me. Well...A few health issues later and here we are looking for options. I've tried an number of these botanical replacements but right now, I keep coming back to these guys. The Spice 94 is my current favorite but I like all three of these to one degree or another. The spice goes nice with tonic but I was looking at that paloma recipe and I might give it a go. For whatever reaon you want to try somethin like this. This product is a great starting point!

Unique, subtle flavors for mocktails. Not a replacement for alcohol.
These are interesting but very dilute distillations of herbs, spices and botanicals. They are intriguing as subtle mixers but don't expect them to replicate the robust textures and flavors of alcoholic beverages. Also, you would not want to drink them neat. While one has to respect the artisan effort involved, the lack of "oomph" leaves us wanting.

Flavor is barely detectable!
I was so excited to try this product and am horribly disappointed. I tried the Grove and followed the advice by another reviewerโadded orange bitters and a n orange slice. It has a little more flavor than water. I actually wondered if I could have received a โbad batchโ. I tried the Garden and Spice products, which have a tiny bit more flavor but not much. Iโm disappointed that I spent over $100 when I could have just added bitters and a garnish to Soda Stream water. Curious Elixirs, which is a nonalcoholic beverage, has much more flavor and is much cheaper. I love subtle flavors in a cocktail but this productโs flavor is barely detectable.

Love this!!!
I am so happy I found this. The flavors are awesome and you get that depth from a good cocktail, without the alcohol, obviously. They're spendy, but they're so potent that you don't need much at a time and you can get some mileage out of one bottle. Love them!

Yucky
Didn't like the taste.

Preserve your cocktail-mixing rituals
I like these rather than the many canned premixed mocktails since it allows me to still measure jiggerfuls of different things, hear the satisfying clack of ice in a shaker and strain into a fancy glass an pop a garnish on top. If I just want to crack open a can, tgats what NA beer is for. They are really good mixing components for NA (or even A) cocktails, but it is best to not think of them as NA gin, tripel sec, spiced rum or whateverโฆthink of them as infusions that will bring certain flavor profiles to whatever you are mixing. BUT if you need points of reference, the Garden mixes to make a great NA Bloody Mary, try with different tonics, any cocktail in which you might use Hendricks or another cucumbery or herbaceous gin. Juniper lovers will be disappointed. Citrus is great with a fauxecco (like Lyres classico or Surely Brut) add along with a splash of a juice of choice for a mimosa/Bellini sort of thing. I havenโt used the spice as much, but I have mixed with ginger ale and Lyres cane. Iโve used this along with citrus to make tiki inspired NA cocktails. Recommend.

Mocktail
Weโve been using these for years. So happy that amazon is carrying it. My husband is not a drinker and encourages me not to as well. With this product it feels like youโre having a cocktail. We just mix it up with plain or flavored sparkling water. It seems expensive but considering youโre not buying alcohol and avoiding effects of alcohol it is a good deal.

Great Purchase!
I was first introduced to the seedlip line while on a cruise. I wanted something non alcoholic that went with ginger beer. Delicious! Very impressed.

Nice option
I enjoy these spirits - something different without the alcohol effects. Seedlip has an online recipe book that I use, which I love.

Very light flavour
After trying Seedlip based mocktails in restaurants and enjoying it, we decided to buy this. Unfortunately, the flavor appears to be very light and does not provide enough intensity even when consumed by itself. Iโm not sure whether this batch was different or whether this is normal for Seedlip.

Beautiful bottle, ho-hum taste
I was so excited about this as an alternative to gin for my Christmas drinks. Sadly, I found the taste to be weak and uninspired. Instead of zippy and aromatic, it just felt, well, bland. Still, a well designed bottle and worth having on offer. I will try other brands.

Save your money.
For over $100 these non alcoholic spirits simply taste like water (not kidding). Marketing looks good but truly disappointing. We even tried blind taste testing with my guests and these products lost every time. #thinktwice before buying
