Hi i was wondering what is the difference between the rmax clubbell and the onnit steel club? i am interested in buying a 35lb jr. bruiser.

The Rmax clubbell is longer with a thinner grip. The clubbell is rubber coated and more slip resistant. The onnit steel club is shorter (making some moves less effective) and thicker at the grip. Because of this, I tend to lose my grip quicker. The entire club is steel, so it tends to slip from your grip when you get sweaty. Clubbell better, but more expensive. Both will give you an awesome workout. I love my clubbell!

Why is the knob removeable? Isn't this supposed to be a safety feature to prevent the clubbell from slipping out of one's hands?
