Snailax Cordless Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat

Amazing value. This massager goes far above and beyond what I expected. The arm loops make it easy to relax and direct the massage to where I want it. I have really persistent knots in my shoulders and even just one fifteen minute session with these have helped reduce the tension. I'll be using this daily until it works out. The appearance is nicer than I expected at this price point, it appears to be made of sturdy, durable materials and looks attractive. The buttons on the left side are on the flexible arm loop and are easy to use even while it's in operation. I like being able to make adjustments while I'm using the massager.

I trust this company because I’ve been buying their massagers for years now and they never disappointed. I always enjoy getting the prolonged warranty they offer, by just mailing them. I’ve had some of their massagers for 5+ years though and never had any issues. So when I had my last baby, I decided to get a few more massagers for some self care time in the little moments I get to relax and unwind. This massager has been a heaven sent. It has a wide range of motion. It provides stable, firm pressure that you can regulate by putting your arms into the loops. It’s easy to clean (wash cold and drip dry). It’s also very quiet and discreet, so I am able to use it while nursing. I’m also in love of the fact that it keeps my entire body pampered. I’ve used it on my hips. I feel like it has helped with getting rid of the extra fluids my body has been retaining. I’ve used it on my abdomen and it seems to be getting back to normal a little bit more consistently. I’ve also used it on my back and neck; here the loops come in so handy, as I am able to pull a little and fill my posture from my usual hunchback. Overall, what a wonderful product. I’ll be getting it as a gift for the next new mom among my friends. Wholeheartedly recommend for a quick relaxation session (the massage lasts 15 minutes). I also love that it’s portable. So you can walk around while being massaged. Pure wonder and a great gift for a postpartum mom or anyone looking for some TLC time.

This would have been 5 stars for me but I’m not sure the heat function is warm enough to do much. You can kind of tell it has some heat, but not much. Otherwise it’s GREAT! I love that it’s cordless and the battery life is actually pretty good. It’s also pretty strong as far as the massage function goes. Very pleased with this item.

This thing is great! I am steelworker. So after six or seven days straight of busting rust and making dust, if goes without saying that my body definitely takes a beating during the better part of the week. This has been an absolute game changer. It acts as a second pair of hands so that you don’t have to inconvenience your partner, or better yet if you don’t have a partner. It has various settings for a light massage, medium and up to deep tissue. It has the vibrating as well as heating options . My preference is to run vibrating, and heat on the deep tissue massage setting. I use mine to target area as like upper and lower neck, shoulders, and blades,and all upper and lower back target zones. I’ve read where some customers use it on other parts of the body like legs, I find that doing so is a bit awkward and opt to use another designated device for such. As far as operation goes, It’s pretty straight forward, you simply throw it over your shoulder, or around your neck like you would a gym towel, and then slide your hands into the slots on both sides, select your preferred options, and let her rip. You’ll just need to move your arms while they’re in the straps to control the direction of the massage. And there you have it folks, instant relief. I would like to also add, that there is a reverse direction option on the control pad, for those who may be interested in knowing that detail. Also that it came pre-charged , and therefore I was able to use it right out of the box. The charge lasted for the better part of the week and it uses a standard AC adapter plug. I only wish that came in a protective dust cover or bag, so that I didn’t have to storage it in the original box. It’s well builds, doesn’t look or feel cheap and I feel like with the proper care, will last a very long time.

My goodness this thing has been a life saver. I am 26 but suffer from pretty bad neck and back pain from bad posture/genetics/physical labor whatever it may be I just know I was in painnn all day and night and it was getting worse so I ordered this and the first time I used it holy moly I didn’t realize how many knots could be in one back.. I was sore for like 3 days because I probably over did it but WOW it was like a cure. No more tossing and turning all night from back pain, I don’t wake up with a crick in my neck everyday. I even got my spouse to use it and he’s obsessed too! He’s bigger so it doesn’t get the best spots for him like it does for me (I’m assuming) but he still uses it and says it helps a lot. I ordered a different brand resteck and returned it because we both preferred this one. It actually massages the knots out and gives so much relief. I stopped using it for a few weeks and my back and neck were getting tight and sore again and I just used it and instantly feel so much better. I’d recommend this specific one to anyone. I was iffy if I even needed the cordless but I’m glad it is because plugging it in all the time is actually annoying. It is built well for the price and I like the 2 speeds. The heat is too warm for me so I usually turn it off but I really have no complaints.

Oh my gosh, this neck massager is a total dream! My shoulders and neck are always so tight from working at my laptop, but this thing goes so deep — the 4D kneading feels like actual human hands. The graphene heat is amazing, warms up fast and feels so soothing without getting too hot. I love that it’s cordless and super easy to use anywhere. The upgraded heads hit all the right spots on my back too. I use it almost every night and wake up feeling so much looser. If you have neck or shoulder pain, you need this. Straight-up five stars!

Very good massager, it does its job well and really helps relax the muscles. The only downside is that the battery doesn’t last very long, and it’s a pity it doesn’t work while plugged in. It also takes quite a while to charge.

This is a life saver for me. I've had a multi level spinal fusion many years ago which has left me with a pretty permanent knot the length of my shoulder blade. It's a pretty common spot between my spine and blade but mine is big and just won't go away. Nothing has helped it in over 10 years. I've tried ultrasound, e-stem, hot tub, inversion table, heat, ice, all of it. Lately I've even been putting a ball with nubs on it in a knee sock so the ball is in the toe and I can hold it from the leg opening. Then I throw it over my shoulder and press it into the knot by leaning into the wall twisting and rearranging to try to keep the pressure between the knot and the wall. That did help a little but not nearly as well as this and seemed unlikely that it would ever make the knot go away. I've done it so much that the paint on my wall has been starting to wear off. So before I created more damage, I thought I'd try this. With so many to choose from, I picked this mostly because it's rechargable. I'm glad I did. Most of them need to be plugged in so you're limited on location to use it. I can even sit outside and enjoy the weathe. I got at least 4 or 5 treatments on one charge. It automatically shuts off after 15 minutes which prevents me from over doing it. So far it's been amazing. At first it took a little time to maneuver it to the right spot but the loops in the straps help a lot with that. I've been able to use it horizontally to get the muscles on both sides of my spine or vertically to work on just the side where I need it most. You'll want to avoid putting it directly on the bone but after a couple tries, that was easy. I find it much better than a flat mat or chair back massager with locked in locations that I've tried in the past. It's more flexible so it works better for my purpose. I use it heated but you can shut heat off to use either way. Also, being able to reverse the direction is another great feature. After using it for several days now, I can actually feel the knot is finally getting smaller. It's not gone yet but I'm feeling hopefully optimistic that it can be if I work at it. Fingers crossed

This is the best purchase I've made on Amazon, and I've ordered thousands of dollars worth...🤭 My husband was complaining of shoulder pain from house renos so I ordered this...let me say, he'll be lucky to get his hands on it! I've had a knot in my shoulder blade for decades that never goes away. When the pain flares up, I usually place a tennis ball on the spot and back up into a wall to press it in to stop the spasm. NO MORE!! I put this massager on that very spot overtop of my sweatshirt, pressed the power button and....put it this way...I wouldn't be able to post a video because of the pleasure noises I was making! I didn't even bother with the heat or fast speed, just the lowest speed and MAN it felt wonderful! So much relief, way more than a tennis ball or our expensive hottub. Im super thrilled I bought this, there's a one year warranty and automatic refund or replacement within 90 days. I appreciate the front loops to place my hands and the unit itself appears to be well made. The automatic shut off after 15 minutes is great, and when its fully charged (2-3hrs) it will run for 60 minutes according to the booklet. Make sure you read it because there's some great information and trouble shooting. 1000% recommended! 👌🏻❤️🇨🇦

I brought the cordless Snailax neck and back massager after looking at several reviews of other products. The ratings that I found were very favourable. I received the massager and found it to be exactly what I ordered.. I plugged it in and it charged very quickly. The charge lasted a couple of days with it being used several times a day as I share it with my partner. The massager is very easy to use with the controls right on the side. The massage you get from it certainly relieves pain. I used it for both my back and neck. I would recommend this product to family and friends.
