Should help keep the weather off my camera's. Although my camera's are weatherproof, they still get a build up of ice and snow in the Winter. These should keep that off the lenses and motion detectors. Better to brush snow/ice off the Cover and scratch it as opposed to doing damage to the actual camera's. Will purchase again if I ever add more camera's. After several several rainfalls I have had to warranty replace it three timed due to water somehow getting into it. I mounted the latest camera under this camera cover and we had several hours of heavy rain the next day. The camera is still working. This is the protection I was looking for. I bought the black version so no glare from it. Solid plastic that does not give way. The seal that is included is thick and will do its job. I have it installed over a Ring Spotlight Cam Battery security camera, which is rectangular. I wish they made a rectangularly shaped cover. Many security cameras are now rectangular. My main complaint is the price. Just too costly to buy multiples, so we'll be searching for other suppliers.
