BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Added pics of emails and how I saved as much as I can, it's not fully dead. All I wanted was a heart shaped bamboo to remember my dad who just passed. This whole ordeal ruined that sentiment.Not a word from the wholesaler, after my leaving them this review and messages! So disappointing. I followed the directions for the fertilizer, and the bamboo started to die. I purposely picked the heart shaped one, because my father bought one for me when I was young. It's long gone, and dad just died. I wanted the heart to remind me of him. I guess I have to try something else. I had never once, in 10 years had to fertilize my previous bamboo. It was the same, and the tops grew 6ft above the heart. So I know I didn't kill it.Bitter, rude and absolutely horrible customer service, accused me a trying to rip them off. I have kept this review as up to date the whole time, since March! Do not accuse me of that!Who wants a bamboo so dry rotted? I have been showing how it looks from day 1, I'm not out to cheat anyone. Thanks for implying I wanted more than advice, like when I first messaged you.

Poor plant was bought and brought to the office a few days prior to going on lock down due to the current pandemic 6 months ago. The planter i used was not adequate and did not have enough material for it to anchor in. it was watered sparingly the past 6 months by co-workers who were able to enter the office. Well, i was able to go in and grab somethings and bring it home. Still alive despite no sunlight and not being properly planted. Highly recommend

No help on best growing conditions. I really love bamboo and wanted one, but it is failing to thrive eventhough I give it special bamboo fertilizer and lots of love Very sad!

My plant died within 4 weeks of receiving it. It arrives dry, in a gel packing, and it already looked bad when taken out of the box. I have several bamboo already and know how to take care of them, but this one didn’t respond to anything. Don’t order this bamboo plant. Unless mine was an exception, they can’t successfully ship a healthy bamboo.

My plant arrived well packaged. It has grown quite a bit since I received and its heart shape design is growing healthy and beautiful.

It was a lot bigger than what I expected - I put it in a cute "Groot" container. I haven't had but a few days - it looks cute!!!

Delivered quickly and in good shape! They worked great as centerpieces for a loving occasion. Most of them are still going strong after a few weeks of being delivered.
