Is this the 550 or 551 and what is the difference?

It looks like a 550 to me. I have never had a 551 but from the picture the body looks exactly same.

Is it made in USA? or else?

Is it possible to purchase only 3 mm earpiece speculas and is there smaller speculas e.g 2.5 mm speculas?
