This stuff works great. I have a 4 year old German Shepherd and I just started giving him 5 but even with 4 a day I saw a huge difference in how much less he sheds! His fur has been so much softer as well! I have heard it also repels ticks somewhat. He has still gotten ticks on him but definitely not as many as before. Before using this, I could pull clumps of fur from his back haunches from him shedding. Now, I can barely get much off at all! He's also a very picky eater for a dog. He's eaten this with no problem as it seems to have some flavoring. I usually just sprinkle these on top of his food which is refilled about once a day. Great value for the money! Highly recommend!

I heard a vet tech recommend this as a natural remedy to get rid of fleas and also to support coat health. This stuff works. Zero fleas since we’ve used this product and absolutely no flea prevention meds has been used on the pup either. Will continue to repurchase this

I have fought my bc itchy skin since she was pup. She's 12 now. Last year she had bald spots, she always had flea protection. A person at a farm store said give brewers yeast, she been taking for 2 months. Her hair is still there. Still not sure if it had a flea bite or allergy. But so far so good.

I used to give my dogs brewers yeast for yrs it worked amazingly well never had to put my dogs on flea meds ever this is what I grew up giving our dogs my dad swore by them so thts what I did when I became an adult and got dogs of my I always used brewers yeast but now approximately 6 mths ago they are no longer available but I found them at chewy so I bought three bottles which I figured they would last long with having three dogs and giving each 8-10 a day I had several mths but now I’m out and the brewers yeast I once bought are no longer :( so I found these with exact same ingredients but for whatever reason my dogs do not like taking these the others we had they apparently loved no problem taking these old ones but they don’t like these cry:( I’m still gonna give them to them I just will fight (figure of speech lol) them to eat

I have only given for about a week but what I have noticed is my 14 year old GSD is benefiting from the brewer's yeast I found out it can help reduce inflammation and boost energy! She is definitely feeling better and starting to walk more. As far as fleas I think it’s to soon! My other GSD the spiders have stopped biting him but I will update soon

These helped with fleas on our pups. It did not totally rid the fleas but it absolutely helped a lot. Our girls ate them with no problems, they loved them so I assume it had good flavor.

I have a Saint Bernard...in Florida...so naturally her shedding and yeast production is through the roof and only gets worse when the heat comes March through October. I've tried just about everything; weekly baths with various anti-fungal and anti-hot spot shampoos, regualar brushings with the defurminator, diet changes, fish oil...anything that promised to help with coat and skin. Nothing worked. I read that fish oil could help but takes about 3 months to show any affect. My pup had been on it about a month with not even minor improvements and with the temperature rising, I wanted to get her some relief before summer temperatures hit. I saw mixed reviews on using Brewer's yeast but it seemed that most owners with breeds who are also known for skin issues, used it and had huge improvements in just a few weeks. I've given her 4 pills, once a day with food for about a month now. Not only does she LOVE the pills (thinks they're treats) BUT I've seen a dramatic decrease in "wet" yeast (something Saint Bernards are known for) and when I brush her the hair that comes off is nice and soft and not held together with gross skin flakes or yeast. I still do weekly baths but the smell between baths (used to become almost overwhelming) has become subtle, her coat doesn't leave a film on your hands, and she seems much happier and less itchy. I use a hot spot shampoo to help with her allergies as well. All around, I think we've found a really helpful fix for her.

My dog loves these and they help to keep her coat in good condition.
