All pieces were included and as described. The fit was fine as well, but i recommend thoroughly reading other reviews to see how your particular size may work. The product description indicates as a 42" chest I would wear a medium, but I really needed a large, which is what I ordered after reading reviews. Quality seems fine, especially for the price. My only regret is that they didn't have an IVORY or off-white option. I ordered white and it is BRIGHT. The sizing does run small. I got the biggest size (50) which is big on my husband at Jcpenney or Macy's ran a bit small.
