Low Toxic, Natural Clean Look Nail Polish
Due to health issues, I have been looking for personal care products that are as non or low toxic as possible. I chose Karma's "Halal" polish because it meets this need and gives the simple "soapy-clean" nail polish finish I love. The polish consistency is easy to apply and two coats will give you a nice tint while still remaining transparent (see first photo). (No base or top coat was applied.) It will dry as quickly as conventional nail polish. After a week of dish washing, housecleaning, etc. without wearing cleaning gloves, the polish expectedly wears and chips along mainly the nail tips, but the "Halal" color keeps the wear from being obvious (see second photo). If you are looking for a natural finish without a lot of fuss and upkeep, this choice will serve you well.

the colors are beautiful but am not sure they are breathable and water permeable - they didn't peel either - how can this be verified as it is most important to Muslim women

I don’t have to look any further!
I’m allergic to the chemicals used in making traditional nail polishes so I had to stop wearing them decades ago. I started researching chemical free nail polishes a few years ago, but was very disappointed by the limit of color choices. I was over the moon when I recently stumbled on to a vegan nail polish with beautifully elevated color choices. I did have to wait a little longer for my nails to dry completely but it was well worth it. Well done!

Coverage and consistency
I’ve only painted my pinky toe! But I’m already obsessed! The coverage is amazing I only needed 1 coat! I will be back to let yall know how it went. But so far so good! My husband got me it and I’m so grateful 🤍
