Perfect for heavy wetters - make sure to pair it with Wool!
I have been cloth diapering for about 2 years and have tried many fitteds, pockets, flats, wool, PUL, etc.Absorbancy - These have held both of my babies overnight (1 a toddler and 1 is 10 months old). The 10 month old still nurses multiple times a night and still wakes up dry when paired with a substantial wool cover (such as knitting addict, disana, etc).Quality - I have 4 of these and use them exclusively overnight. I have had them for almost a year and have had no quality issues such as fraying fabric, defective snaps, etc.Fabric - I have purchased both the bamboo and hemp pooters. The bamboo takes 5 forevers to dry. The hemp takes about 2. The properties of hemp allow it to absorb more and dry quicker. The ONLY issue I have with the hemp is the scratchy feeling of the fabric. It isn't terrible, but it's definitely not soft like fleece. I use antipill fleece and cut strips to put on the inside of the diaper so my baby doesn't feel the wetness as bad.Sizing - This will NOT fit a 8 lb baby. These starting fitting my babies around 12 lbs and they are still substantially sized. I used them and they work, but just be aware of the bulk. I would say they started being less bulky around 18 lbs.

Finally slept through the night!
I had tried numerous concoctions to last overnight for my 5 month old. She would get up every 4-6 hours because she was too wet (not enough to leak through my Assunta store covers, but enough for her to feel it through a microfleece liner). A bamboo fitted with a bamboo flat folded around it or a Zorb 2 fitted with a bamboo flat folded around it was no match for my daughter. This product comes highly recommended at an online cloth diaper forum I frequent. According to the Pooters website, the hemp can hold 18 oz of liquid. I believe it.I put it on my daughter and she slept 7 hours straight (6 hours is considered STTN). She woke up hungry. I checked the diaper and the outside of the diaper was not even damp. I left it on and nursed her. Two hours later she woke up and pooed so I had to change her at 9 hours. This diaper was still no where near capacity. She could have easily gone another 3-4 hours without a change if she didn't poo.I will say that it is a little bit rough since it is hemp. Use a microfleece liner to add a stay dry layer and it will be a non issue (get a fabric remnant from the craft store and cut it into 5x12 pieces - no sewing needed or use an old microfleece blanket or overpay for commercially available liners).I bought two and I am ordering three more. I never want to spend another night without one of these.

No Leaks!
If you're having problems with overnight diapers leaking, definitely give these a shot. They are well made, easy to care for, and have been leak free for us! We were surprised to find a couple beautiful and high quality Pooters PUL covers in our package as well!We are using them on our 6 month old and the diapers are quite bulky, but it doesnt bother him at all.

Wonderful overnight diaper!
We love these! Our son is 9 months old & a heavy wetter during the night. I heard of these through the cloth diapering board on Baby Center & they were the most common suggestion for overnights. These have been great so far! Our son sleeps through the night for typically a 10-11 hour stretch & does not wake up from being wet! We have ours paired with a Best Bottoms cover & have not had any leaks so far. The hemp is a little rough though. We line dry so ours are a little more rough than if they had been in the dryer. So we just place a fleece liner against his skin so that he is more comfortable. I do wish the diaper was a little more trim, but it's not a big deal since we only use it at night.

This is my favorite cost effective night time option
I actually bought a hemp and bamboo Pooters. The hemp seems to be more absorbent but rougher so I use one of the bamboo inserts included in the other as the top layer to keep it softer next to baby. I am on baby #2 in cloth so I've been using cloth for over 3 years. This is my favorite cost effective night time option. I usually cover with wool but a PUL cover works well too.

Our new night time solution
Our ~9 month old started leaking through every concoction I could put together for a night time cloth diaper around 6 months. We started to have to use disposables at night. I bought four of these and they have been brilliant so far. Not one leak. He is still using the small setting folded down. It took me a while to figure out how to fold it because it is different from most adjustable cloth diapers. You have to lay the diaper out flat with the pooters sign facing up, and then fold the top part (with all of the buttons) down to snap into the two snaps for the smaller setting. He has plenty of room to grow with these and he doesn't even need any of the additional inserts yet. I use a Flips cover over them and a fleece liner inside.

We were about to give up cloth diapering overnight because ...
We were about to give up cloth diapering overnight because our DS was wetting through everything. Had tried two prefolds, pockets stuffed with everything (both expensive and cheap brands) and would leak everywhere. But Pooters keeps our 4 month old dry all night!Currently using with a thirsties duo size 2 cover.

These are the best night time diapers
These are the best night time diapers! They hold so much and my son has never leaked. I wish they were a bit softer after they have been used and washed, but my son has gotten used to the rough feel and it doesn't seem to bother him. I hang dry them and then toss them in the dryer for about 20 minutes to try to soften them as much as I can. I would totally recommend them to anyone cloth diapering.
