How is this anti-itching effect? i usually use my wovte back scratcher to relieve when i feel itching.

Amazing product to relieve feeling of itching from mosquito bites and other insect bites. If you prefer to use a back scratcher in public, you don’t have to purchase this product.

Is there supposed to be a seal over the tube's opening, like a tamper-proof seal? Mine did not, nor did it come in a sealed manufacturer's box.

I just purchased 3 at CVS. They do not come in a box and there is no seal. They are new. Walgreens also has them OTC and not in a box and no seal. They are new.

Will this product remain sticky on the skin? Or is it readily absorbable by the skin?

This is a transparent, lightweight gel. It absorbs well and leaves a thin shine where you put it. It is not sticky if used appropriately.
