Unfortunately the dresser came with one drawer that was jammed in diagonal and would not unjam and open. I called amazon before the delivery drivers left and was told I should hold onto the damaged dresser until I got the new one. it took 2 weeks for a delivery window. Once the second one was received, it was all worth it. This is an amazing piece, really pretty and comes with safety stops so perfect for a house with little kids. Just make sure you make the delivery driver unbox/unwrap the item before they leave. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money, big disappointment *by B***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2020* The media could not be loaded.  When you look at outside is perfect, looks so glam, once you open the drawers your are facing with the truth, big disappointment. Drawers open half way, no drawer slides or rails, so cheap material and the wood is so thin, absolutely not sturdy. Material does not worth $680 (tax included). This dresser should not be more than $250. When I came home my husband already opened the box and threw it, and also he did not want to deal with returning process. Otherwise this one would absolutely deserve returning. You can see everything on the pictures and the video that what I tried to tell you here.
