great for making dipping sauces. especially if you're looking for a gluten free alternative sauce for sushi. great with rice vinegar and some yuzu.

its very strong tasting like alcohol. i just apparently don't like this food doesn't mean its bad the delivery was nice so i gave it a 3 for a neutral score and to say the good aspect.

Interesting flavor (tried all 3 of them). Had fun experimenting with it, including in cocktails as a "bitters." I will definitely use this again.

I tasted kabosu drink on ANA flight to Japan and I fall in love with the taste. So I looked online, I can’t find the exact drink. I thought this might be similar but I was disappointed. This doesn’t taste like the kabosu drink of ANA. Don’t waste your money.

This is perfect kabosu juice - great in drinks and in making Japanese style foods. I am so impressed with this company's offerings.

This juice has an cucumber taste which is a very subtle flavor in my opinion.Tastes good but not much impact, so for the price I would not purchase again.

A little disappointed at how lacking in flavor it is. I thought that because the listing says it's 100% pure Kabosu juice that the taste is concentrated. It wasn't. In fact, If I wanted to flavor a glass of water, I would have to use a quarter of the juice.I doubt this would fare any better with cocktails.
