And the top grommet allows hanging them up which I love! One pattern was on 3 sheets of card stock and it fit nicely but I doubt it would hold much more than that. These pockets are very flat so heavy paper would quickly take up the available space. Hope this helps. **Q: Can this be easily hole punched? I need two holes in it to hang in a pronged file folder.** A: Sure you can punch holes. I didn’t like it because it was so hard to slide papers in and out. I never used it and it was too late for me to return.
