My son is 5 years old, 44", and roughly 43-45 lbs., and this fits perfectly. When he has a growth spurt I will need to upsize, but it's way better than what I see in his class, where these tiny kids have their pant legs and arms rolled up waiting to grow in to their uniform. We got the 000 for 3'6" and 35lbs.
