The taste is fantastic as well! Review: Buyer Beware - The product itself is a decent product. The reason for the purchase was it is a Kefir that doesn't have sugar. One thing to keep in mind is that it is a refrigerated product and for safety and control needs to be delivered under 41 degrees. "Refrigerated products must be maintained between 35°F and 40°F (1.6°C to 4.4°C) during transit. Deliveries with internal temperatures exceeding 41°F (5°C) are in the "Danger Zone" where harmful bacteria multiply rapidly and should be rejected." I would have happily rejected the delivery, but they just left it and drove off. When I originally went to order this product I didn't realize they only had two reviews. In my opinion, I get better results when I purchase from a vendor with extremely high reviews and over at least 500 of them.
