I feel like whenever I take this at the beginning of a cold it goes away quickly. My husband thinks it’s a miracle. I’m not sure it’s that great but it definitely worked and taste good.

Lifesaver instead of Tamiflu we use this as soon as symptoms of any illness begin. Must have for travel even take one per day for preventative measures. When we are ill we take 3 per day max as prescribed. This works! Been using for 10 years now, must have in med cabinet.
