The stand scratches easily, so be careful unpacking. Do not remove the cardboard on the horse hair - it does not come with instructions, and you need to leave it on and fit it into the slot on the helmet. The helmet itself is very strong and is 100% wearable, but it ii is not cheap cosplay plastic - it is the real deal. A great compliment to my forged iron Spartan sword. Beautiful and quality.

I bought the helmet as a birthday gift, and it was a hit! The quality is outstanding—no cheap plastic or flimsy materials like some other versions out there. The recipient absolutely loved it, and it makes for a fantastic display piece. The packaging was also done properly, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Bought for my son as he requested a "real" helmet. It's well built but very heavy. It came oiled so expect that but it cleans up well.

Got this helmet recently to add as a home piece, and it's pretty cool. Due to moisture in the air, when it arrived, it was 'wet', or oily - probably from the coating, but a quick wipe down and dry-off, it's fine. Nothing bad. The plume that came with it, I love that it's horsehair, the tail of it was super super long, so I shaped it to our liking. The inside of it is actually okay to wear on the head - if you want to do that, but it's not set up to be like an actual helmet, though I'm sure a little tweaking you could convert it to a wearable one. It's on Display in our home, and it's just a great reminder for us. The detailing on the metal work is pretty cool, and it's craftsmanship is well done. I do recommend to anyone interested to get this if you're wanting a display piece. The price is very good, as well. It's a little heavy, but that is expected. The stand it comes with is great, too. Nice dark finish to it, and since it's not the focal point, I'm not worried about it if it gets slightly dinged. It came in great condition. Thanks!

Title says it all. I’m sure each one produced could be different to a degree (and hopefully better than the one I was sent) but this was a trash purchase to me. Could tell from the second I looked at it when pulling it out of the bag the helmet was in. Assembled it to look it over and then Immediately submitted for a return and refund. 1 star, fellas.Inside and outside of helmet and hair soaked in oil. Some very noticeable running paint lines from the dark gold exterior paint application (isn’t this supposed to have a bronze finish to it? Sure appears that way in the display photos.) Laughably awful job on the haircut. Really sloppy and immediate transition to the tail from the Mohawk and your display photos show it as a tapered cut. Quite a few random hairs missed being cut about 80% down the Mohawk section. Really poor quality on the straps inside the helmet. Your quality control person missed the mark in a big way on this one. Your photoshop person does a bang up job on those photos above though. Wasn’t looking for perfection here (especially for something this cool for under $100.00,) but this was a mess.Also, that oil got all over my sweatshirt when pulling it out of the bag towards me. Wish you’d reimburse me for the ruined sweater too. Appreciate it. Smh.
