If using the liquid fertilizer and this stuff do you dilute the water more? 1 tsp of fert and root supplement per 2 cups or 4 cups?

I’ve just watered my plant a few days ago. Should I wait for my fiddle leaf to dry out before using this?

Can it be used with another fertilizer brand?
