Gingerbread House Sticker Activity Book (Dover Little Activity Books: Christmas)

This sticker book is so cute! I used to buy these for my children and now I buy them for my grandchildren. I have no idea how such a high quality item can sell for such a low price.

I purchased a bunch of these (different titles) for a plane trip to keep my 3.5 and 1.5 year old girls busy (just got home yesterday, actually). They LOVED these. No, they don't really have a great "sticking area" to actually stick the stickers to - they limit this to the inside of the front and back covers. However kids love stickers regardless of the packaging or functionality and they like to stick them on themselves too - so this was of no consequence. They kept the girls busy for hours. My 3.5 year old loved them so much that she wanted to know if she could have a new sticker book today (I still have a few left over). Totally worth the money. Oh, and if you're having a themed party, getting one that patches your theme would be great for goody bags! I will buy this again and again...

I'm posting this same review on the 4 different Dover Sticker Activity Books I purchased for the holidays. I intended them to be little activities for my 4 year old, to keep him occupied for a bit. They served that purpose on numerous occasions, and he still has them. I've purchased them in years past and noted they were now considerably smaller than the ones I'd bought before, but I was still shocked at just how small they are in reality. They really should stop calling them "books," because they're not anymore. Just a page of cardstock quality paper folded in half, a page of stickers, that's it. This is why they get a 4, not a 5. Overall, I'm pleased with them, they make great stocking stuffers, are easy to take along, and are reasonably priced.

This small card/booklet has stickers to decorate a gingerbread house. It is great for air or car travel, or keeping a child entertained while waiting at a restaurant. It is not large, and while the stickers can be removed and rearranged, it's not reusable more than one or two times, tops. Good value for the money if your kid likes stickers and you need to keep them quietly occupied for about 10 minutes or so. I purchased a number of other books from the series, and my kids love these activity books.

This was a cute little add on for christmas gifts.I ordered a bunch of these and gave them to kids ranging from my 18 month old to a seven year old. Kids love stickers! . This was a perfect little activity to keep in my diaper bag and do with her when she gets alittle restless. The stickers are easily removable too which helps!

Smaller than expected. Pretty good assortment of stickers. Haven't tried them yet, not sure how well they stick.

This is a cute little sticker book. There are two pages of stickers inside the book that you have to take out, and then the front and back over of the book have a gingerbread house that you use the stickers to decorate. We worked on this book before we put together a real gingerbread house. It was fun for a two and three year old.

I purchased a bunch of these (in a variety) to mail along with Christmas cards to my friends & family with little kids my daughter's age. Everyone loved them. No bigger than a 4x6 greeting card, they fit in the envelope & required no extra postage. My little girl enjoyed them in the stocking too.

£2.50 seems good value for a sticker book... but this one is tiny with about as many stickers as an ordinary small sheet. It's a nice design, quite charming and unusual but the print quality is not great and the colours would look better a bit more saturated. I bought it for a specific purpose - a child going a plane journey - and it served this purpose well enough but really it only has entertainment value for minutes rather than hours. If you need a tiny lightweight sticker book that is easily carried then this is a good enough buy but if you want a sticker book for your child to pour over and reuse then this isn't it. Try Osborne or DK instead.

sooo small. not worth it at all. one page and just a few stickers .

My grandsons had made a real gingerbread house so were familiar with decorating this paper one. The stickers can be peeled off and reused. This activity kept the boys (3 and 5) busy and quiet for a half hour in church. Well worth the $2!
