Do these have a flat sole (zero drop) or are they thicker at the heel? Thanks

Flat sole - but wide - I am a size 4.5 but the 4 was far too wide my feet were slipping through I had to return them

How much do the 5/5.5 weigh in grams?

Hi haven't weighed them but they are very light. I took them in my small suitcase on holiday and I can tell you they are very light and were excellent In the shower, around the pool. They are so comfortable I'm thinking of getting another pair.

Can the top of the slipper flatten down?

Hope this helps, in short, yes it can flatten down, but will pop back up when pressure is released.

What size should I get for men’s uk size 9?

I bought a pair of size 5 for one of our granddaughters and she hasn’t complained. Clearly she is a size 5 and I bought that size.
