Absolutely amazing value for the money.
After some searching, I purchased this headset. I needed something not too cheap or too expensive that will still give me wonderful sound quality and comfort... this product does the job great! This headset: - Easily to install. Just plug it in. - Has a flexible microphone which clearly transmits your voice free of background noise. - Very good sound volume adjustments. - Accurately and faithfully reproduces sound especially voices. - Is extremely comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. - Standard RJ9 jack means go anywhere on just about anything. (come with three converters) - The cord does not get tangled easily. I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded on every level. The price is quite good comparing to other similar products under bigger brands and you can tell that the quality is pretty much the same. Great! Go ahead and buy them!!! :)

Excellent value
Value for the money. Paired it with Yealink T33G desktop phone. Earpiece audio is perfect, microphone is OK. I listened to myself on a recorded line and it was OK, not fantastic, but for the money can't complain, except for one thing. I have short hair, and the adjustable metal portion above the earpiece keeps pinching my hair, it gets annoying. I may just put something over the crease where the metal meets the plastic part. A heatshrink sleeve should do it. Otherwise, for the price, worked out just fine.

Perfect for work!!!
Purchased for use at work and it has exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is great, it's super comfortable, and is adjustable to fit almost any way needed. Can be used on left or right ear and the microphone is also adjustable. My only complaint about it is it's a bit tricky to find a comfortable way to wear the headset with my glasses. I usually take my glasses off, put the headset on, and then put my glasses on with the one side sitting just over the top of the earpiece. I am completely satisfied with it!!!

Totally satisfied for price and features.
These headsets are great, clear audio on both sides, sending and receiving. They are not uncomfortable, but not insanely comfortable. They are just fine, very cheap, and perfectly functional with our Yealink T46 phones. Thanks!

Does not have mute switch as described
This headset does not have a mute switch, so they falsely advertise it. Not very comfortable in my head, I can't use it all day! The sound quality is good.
