Review: I recommend getting the hood too - Great cage. It caused a little superficial scuff on my Ninja Ultra. Provides more mounting points and is durable and well-built. The cable clamps are clutch and make you feel secure.

- Designed for Atomos Ninja Series: The SMALLRIG monitor cage is specialized designed for Atomos to provide protection for Atomos Ninja V / Ninja V+ / Ninja / Ninja Ultra monitors, preventing scratches. Battery and cable connections remain unobstructed.
- Quick Installation: The upgraded Ninja monitor cage added baffle limiters eliminate the need for positioning during installation, making it easy to set up. Built-in silicone pad to prevent the monitor from scratching.
- Multiple Mounting Interfaces: The camera monitor cage features HawkLock NATO Rail for connecting with the SmallRig H21 QR magic arm (ID: 4488/4489/4490). It also includes 1/4"-20 threaded holes in the center for monitor mount (ID: 2903B); locating holes for ARRI for magic arm 2115C, and cold shoes for compatibility with wireless microphones, transmitters, and other devices. Additionally, top and bottom interfaces allow for shoulder strap attachment.
- Dedicated Cable Clamp for HDMI : Protects the interface, prevents accidental cable loosening, and ensures stable signal transmission. The SSD anti-drop structure prevents accidental SSD ejection when using larger for Atomos SSDs.

**Q: I heard that the smallrig cage appeared in the movie tenet, is it true? which one is it?**
A: It is true! It is SmallRig 2012. Although this product has been sold out, the other products of SmallRig BMPCC series are still in stock!

**Q: Is the bottom screw thread not supposed to screw into the bottom of the monitor?  The top does but the bottom won’t fit the other big screw?**
A: The cage mounts to the monitor by a 1/4’’-20 screw on the top and two M3 screws on the left side.

**Q: Does this fit the oled hdmi 5.5 small hd monitor?**
A: I got it for my Ninja v so I am not sure about the oled hdmi 5.5

**Q: This looks slightly different than some images online.  Has this cage been modified recently?**

Highly recommended, fits perfectly fine on my Ninja V+. Sturdy and with access to all the ports and buttons. My only observation is that once you put the cage on the monitor, that one does not fit anymore in the original Ninja Hard shell carrying case as adds a little bit on the dimension. Very lightweight.
