Start off by saying the seller was very apologetic and issued a refund, that being said, on to the review..this is definitely not human hair. I have been installing human hair for over 20 yrs. I know what human hair is. This is just a higher quality synthetic fiber that may have human hair scraps in it. The hair comes in a "hair" comes loosely packed in a hair net, who does that? The pieces are not even. I ordered 18 in but most pieces are much shorter, some just 5 in. There is burgundy fibers in the hair that looks like thread. If you are ok with synthetic hair, this may work for you. BUT IF YOU WANT HUMAN HAIR, DONT DO IT! I think writing reviews is important when a seller intentionally markets something as something that its not. I wanted human hair not synthetic. I cant speak for what others received (thus their positive review)but i received synthetic hair with tons of naps and knots in it which is dishonest marketing. Perhaps this review will move the seller to update the description of the hair to Afro kinky synthetic hair or actually sell human hair. If you can't dye it, its fake! Hope this helps someone else.

Updated pics of my daughters loc extensions... they look just like her hair!This hair is so soft and yet, kinky too... it came with 3 big bundles of 12 inch hair. This was my first time creating my own locs, the package came today and I made 8 total and so far, I love them... they look like real locs!! I'm putting them in my daughters hair as permanent extensions to her existing locs!! Once I make them all and begin to attach them, I will make another review and add pics of her finished hair! They also sent a crochet hook and some loc jewelry! If I decide to extend my locs too, I'd definitely buy this hair again!

Hello everyone I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HAIR AT ALL!!!! I have sistaloc and my locs do break off at the roots or in the middle due to me coloring it and it becomes weak at some point. So I purchase this hair thinking it’s 100% human(which it’s not) and I learned the hard way. Once I receive this hair the first thing I did was bleached it. After three or four times trying to bleach it this hair did not take color. Not to mention when I order this hair it did not have any reviews about it but it did say you can color it!!!!! That was mainly way I purchased it. So I will be requesting a fund and returning this hair.

My permanent loc extensions turned out perfect and I've washed them plenty of times...I'll post pics when I'm tired of dark hair ✌🏾👌🏾...my locs were already 5 inches so with the extensions I got about 18 inches of length and I needed 2 boxes for 94 locs. That little hook in the puc is the tool I used to create and install my locs for info type in permanent loc extensions on YouTube.

Do not waste your money buying long length. 16 inches is simply 8-10 inches staggered to appear longer. Shame on you. I would have returned but I was on a time constraint. The hair is soft. The color was fine.

I bought 4 bundles of the 20 inch hair. Each bundle had a lot of waste - hair with no length that could not be used for my kinky twists. I will not order this product again. Hair is soft but ends dry out quickly and don't curl well when wet. Pic shows only some of the hair that was waste.

I was expecting all the hair to be on the same length, NOT loose hair blended in a mixture of uneven hair most of which you can’t do anything with😡I’m extremely annoyed & disappointed🤦🏾‍♀️You guys are very deceptive & dishonest. If your have a conscience you would do the right thing❗️❗️

The 3 separate pieces, are wrapped in netting, which is nice to keep it together while working on it. The first time I ordered it, it came in 3 separate nettings, but 1 box. The second time I ordered it, it came in 3 separate netting’s, in their own bag with no box. They also came with a free interlock tool, along with gold and silver hair gems for the locs.I never had a problem with the hairs lengths. it came in long lengths, and not in bunches, as another review has said..As far as the color, it’s a “natural black”, but in the sun it shows more of a darker brown, than black. So if you need off-black hair (2) or black hair (1), you will need to dye it darker.As far as dyeing it darker, I had no problem, as I did the watercolor method. But as far as lightening it with bleach, it lightens well. Just understand the undertones May be a bit off when trying to judge what it will actually be.. you may have to do a couple trial runs, keeping minutes into consideration when determining your levels.Overall, great product!!
