Mix the water, pva glue well then add in 3 pinches of bicarbonate of soda, add in activator a tsp at a time until slightly sticky but holdable, place in a shallow container with as much surface available as possible and wait for up to a week Done **Q: Can this glue be used to seal the holes in polystyrene ceiling tiles, can you use emulsion paint over the top?** A: If your polystyrene ceiling tiles are actually on your ceiling May I advise you not to try to decorate them but to get them down.
