Nouvelle metatarsal pads allow air to circulate as they cushion. They are comfortable and do a great job. Easy to clean with soap and water. I would buy this product again from this seller. These pads are soft and comfortable but can be fragile if you are not careful with placement. If your socks are tighter fitting (ie. have Lycra) , then you will need to roll the sock up first and pull over foot carefully, otherwise, the pad will roll up. Once it is in place, all is well. The pad might shift ever so slightly on your foot from pressure and movement. The thin material is nice in the sense that it does not make your footwear overly tight and it feels barely there. I hardly feel it on my β€œgood” foot vs. my β€œproblem” foot. Overall, I think it is a decent product that will work better for some than others. Whether the pads will work for you depends upon your personal situation.
