Received today and am returning today due to several problems:1. User manual = small little pamphlet that says to begin by scanning a QR code. There is no QR code in the manual. I found it accidentally in the watch as I fiddled with icons.2. When I scanned the QR code the watch gave two options. The first was a file that my phone said would cause damage to my phone if it was downloaded. The second was for the Google Play Store. When I tapped that option, the play store said “app not found” so there seems to be no way to operate watch w/ phone or set up functions with phone.3. There is a camera - but the word camera is mis-spelled. Never even tried to take photos.4. Watch is on 24-hour time. Could not figure a way to change that to 12-hour am/pm.5. Could not set watch to Mountain Standard Time or home city to Denver.6. No way to tell what all of the icons are even supposed to do. Tapping on some told me to insert a SIM card, but still gave no indication of what they were for. Without an app to set up watch, seems pretty useless.7. No way (as far as I could tell) to customize appearance, such as what is shown in product image. Would prefer it to display the time, perhaps???

Sucks. I purchased due to good reviews....I cant get this thing to do anything. I have it connected to bluetooth, have memory card and nothing will function. SUPER DISAPPOINTMENT. DONT BE FOOLED. Not wjat it looks like...sad...will be returning

Watch arrived an hour ago. It stopped accepting a charge after about 10 minutes & it does not turn on. The screen flashes like its about to start, but then it fades

Got tricked by all the fake reviews. Garbage interface. Forced to download third party software which is dangerous. Difficult to write messages. To use WhatsApp, Twitter, or Facebook you need to insert sim card.Its good for reading messages but not responding, remote camera access, finding your phone. Camera is at a terrible angle . Maybe good to take a picture of the sky.Im mostly upset about all of the fake reviews. .It does however show notifications from certain apps but it doesn't let you see them.

Is very bulky, doesn't tell you which app to download, needs a Sim card to make calls and send text, camera is upside down. Not pleased at all gave them to our kids.

My first smart watch. So happy with it and it has all the features the big brand names one have on it

Never charged, box was dented and it never got the chance to work. Not happy at all with this purchase. Will be returning
