I havent taken any of this yet as I'm still working on finishing a different bottle so can't comment on its effectiveness but i had some quality control issues with this bottle. It came sealed but the capsule on the very top had a hole in it and had emptied all of its powder into the bottle, coating every other capsule with the yellow dust that stains your fingers and clothes from the turmeric in it.

I purchased this to hold me over till when the brand i use went on sale. Im disgusted with this item as the capsules are large and difficult to swallow, the odor of the capsules smells like dead cut weeds and grass and this makes me nauseated. Will not buy again
