Complete Plug-n-Play Factory Remote Activated Remote Start Kit for 2014-2019 Acura MDX - Includes Software Loader

I installed this in my 2015 Acura MDX.This works as intended and described. Truly a plug and play solution as there's no cutting off any wires in the car itself. I did however have to cut a wire and connect each end to a different wire (outlined in the provided instructions) when putting the remote starter kit together.This specific kit was more complicated than a previous install kit I purchased from this same seller. After connecting the remote starter/bypass device to the Acura, I had to install software on my computer and connect the device in order to reprogram the device for it bypass the car system. This area I believe they can do a better job in outlining the steps and ensuring you're loading the correct settings to the module. And that's the only reason I'm lowering my review by 1 star - for the vague instructions in this part.I do have to mention that their customer support was helpful and emailed back within a reasonable time frame. I do wish they had a more direct contact via technical support call line for quicker responses.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. The dealership quoted a $1,000+ price for a remote start install. For $260 and willingness to take apart your car and follow instructions, this was worth it to me.Last tip to mention, be sure you're confident in knowing how to take apart the appropriate panels in your car in order to access the areas needed! YouTube is your best friend in this regard if you're not.
