Review: Don’t waste your money - Not worth it at all. Didn’t work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.
Review: It stopped working after 4 months - I purchased my steamer on June 19th 2025 and as of today it's no longer working it stopped working like 4 weeks ago and that will only be about 4 months and some weeks and I'm thinking it should at least last longer than that but yeah so I'm posting this review in the beginning I gave this product at five star but after the steamer has started working after 4 months I have been beauty industry for 30 years and I pay for quality products and I take my industry seriously so when I spend money it's an investment for me cuz I'm buying tunes for my business so when my tools doesn't work then I'm losing money so now I spent money on a tool that no longer works so now it's a loss for me, I didn't even get to a year worth of using it only a couple of months, I will take a picture of it and upload it when I get back to the salon tomorrow

**Q: How do I get the noise to stop**
A: Dear we have conclude some solutions for the beep, you can try if it still doesn't work you can get a refund. 
Why doesn't my machine work and 
trigger an alarm when it is turned on?
We have three step to help you to find the issue.
1. Check the water quality. 
The new machine cannot use distilled water,  which can cause water to not be electrolyzed. 
Solution: need to be replaced with tap water.
2. Check the water level. 
The machine will beep when the water level is below the minimum water level or above the maximum water level. 
Solution: Please pour water or add water.

3. Check the water cup or machine. 
The water in the cup is too dirty or creates too many bubbles, and the machine will generate an alarm. 
Solution: Clean the cup.

**Q: Is the cup glass or plastic? I see conflicting answers to this question...**
A: Its definitely hard plastic
