Not sure about these as yet! Used for the first time last night, when I got up in the morning the black liquid from the patch had leaked out of the patch and onto my bed and my bathroom floor/rug before I realised! I got these to try to get better sleep pattern but I was still awake a lot of the night and felt no different in the morning. I will give them a chance though but will be wearing socks over them tonight!

I found the product very effective, and completely forgot that they were on my feet, but I did find it difficult to remove the residue of the mask afterwards.

Arrived on time however I should have read the research into the effectiveness of detox footpatches before purchasing. There is no scientific evidence to say detox foot patches work. The instructions on the packaging didn't bare any resemblance to the product inside...although you just stick them to your foot. The colour of the visible "ingredients" are black so it shouldn't be a suprise when your foot appears black in the morning.

I'm open minded as to whether feet patches actually work or not in terms of detoxing. These particular ones seem poor quality, they don't tend to stick very well and peel off overnight so I wouldn't buy them again.
